1. Business Developer

The focus of this position will be to engage with new prospects and drive lead and marketing / sales initiatives. Our vertical industry target markets include: retailers (Home Depot / Lowes), resellers, and contractors.


  • Grow B2B sales by developing new sales channels and acquiring new clients.
  • Identify leads as sales opportunities and contact potential clients through cold calls, trade shows, and emails
  • Present our value story to potential clients and partners and maintain close business relationship.
  • Identify potential client needs and provide guidance on how we can help
  • Leverage market intelligence and research to effectively focus our go to market efforts
  • Set up meetings or calls between prospective / exiting clients and internal teams


  • Home Depot and Lowes connection / experience strongly preferred
  • Ecommerce experience strongly preferred
  • Proven work experience as a Business / Sales Development Representative and or similar role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls, emailing, social media, and etc.
  • B2B experience dealing with buyers, merchants, contractors, and etc.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BSc degree in Sales/Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field



2.Product Manager


  • Research, define, and prioritize plumbing market segments and customer requirements
  • Develops business cases for new products, improvements to existing products, and related business ventures
  • Monitors competitors and contributes information to pricing and P&L
  • Develops training programs for use by internal colleagues
  • Delivers product and application training to external partners such as marketing agencies, designers, contractors, and wholesalers
  • Support cross-function teams including sales, operation, and customer service



  • Plumbing industry experience is a must
  • 5 years of experience in the plumbing market preferred
  • BSc degree with a technical capacity preferred
  • Demonstrated success in defining and launching products that meet business objectives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record as a team player
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Experienced in working with spreadsheets and creating presentations
