Return & Refund Policy
We stand behind the products we sell. We hope you feel confident and satisfied with every purchase you make. If an item isn’t the perfect fit, we're here to help make the return process as smooth as possible.
General Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
It should be noted that the following products are not returnable. If there is a problem and a replacement is required, a certain replacement fee will be charged according to the situation:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized/custom products
- Items marked "Non-Returnable"
- Installed or assembled items
- Free gifts (must be returned or paid to keep the item)
- Large items (e.g., bathtubs, shower doors, vanities, sinks, shower walls, shower bases, mirrors) cannot be returned without cause. If a return is requested, restocking or return shipping fees may apply.
Exchange Policy
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery.
For other reasons, please return the item and place a new order.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team at service@casainc.com to initiate a return.
- Once the return arrives at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item's condition.
- If any parts are missing or packaging is damaged, related fees will be deducted. Please ensure the item is in its original condition.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit upon request.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Shipping and upgrade delivery charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before shipment.
Once shipped, you must wait for delivery and follow the return process.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery.
If you notice any damage or errors:
- Do not install or use the product.
- Take clear photos of the outer box, packaging, and damaged or incorrect items.
- Email us at service@casainc.com within 5-7 business days of delivery, including your order number and photo attachments.
- We will verify the issue and provide a free replacement or refund.
Note: We cannot process damage claims for items that have already been installed.
Notice
- If the return is caused by the customer (e.g. buyer's remorse), the customer is responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. damaged or incorrect items), the customer does not bear the shipping fee.
