You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

Item must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions and the return label.

Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding any original shipping fees), usually within 5-7 business days.

For defective or damaged items, please send photos when you contact us—this helps speed things up.
