FAQs
Thank you for your awesome products and customer service. My guests are complimenting the shower unit and I've recommended your brand.
Bathroom isn’t finished yet but love the look of these! Would highly recommend.
I WOULD BUY AGAIN
This shower system is easy to install and looks amazing. It’s great quality, easy installation. Instructions are very clear. Everything works great.
I recently purchased this shower shower system and am so happy with how it looks! I needed a little bit of help after purchasing and Casainc has been very helpful!!
Love it, modern and luxury
Make sure you have a plumber install your valve. Works great and easy to regulate temp and flow and even both locations at the same time.
This looks great and functions well in my new shower. I did have an issue with the shower head dripping slightly when off (overnight) and the customer service has been helpful. They sent a new cartridge to install but when I removed and reseated the original cartridge it seems to have fixed the problem. Customer service followed up to be sure my problem was fixed.
STURDY, SHIPPED QUICKLY
Bought three of these for the remodel at my house. They are great except for the fact that they let the entire house know when you're showering. Wish it was quieter but excellent showers nonetheless.
Good shower system, but the plastic parts feel cheap. It gets the job done, but I expected better quality.
Product is great. Support services were fantastic. Best and most efficient I’ve had from any company in a long time.
This shower system is a pure delight. It is truly from Olympus. Its easy to hook up but i reccomend 3/4 inch lines instead of half inch plus a direct connection in order to get the maximum water pressure. Just a lil plumber pro tip.
This is a great product! I did have one problem but the seller kindly fixed it in a heartbeat. Would recommend buying from them
I love this show set
Good product sometimes leaks
I love this shower head. Good quality.
I bought two for my master and guest bathroom. Very nice and sleek you won’t regret it!
I loved the looks of this entire setup. It was beautiful. My plumber however refused to install, he insisted on having a name brand product,
Fantastic design. My wife and I can stop arguing over which shower head we want - this is both. Easy to install and great value for the money. I adjusted for a little more pressure but it all works well.
LOOKS GREAT.
This system was super easy to setup and looks awesome.
Great shower! I can’t speak for the install because I had my contractor install this but they didn’t mention that it was difficult at all. Great set up for the price!!
Perfect for my customer shower remodel. Easy installation just follow instructions highly recommended.
I just got it installed but so far I'm having with my new showerhead.
Muy buena ducha muy bien desacue el producto esta muy bueno y fino lo recomiendo Yo compré dos y estoy encantada
Reliable and sturdy. The temperature control is easy to use, and the installation was hassle-free.
Elegant style at a reasonable price.
Very attractive and functional for large walk-in shower. Fantastic customer service. Recommend professional installation
Good value for the money. The water pressure is strong, and I like the adjustable settings.
The design is neat and the water flows so well.
Has been installed for a month now in my daughters new shower and she loves it. Water pressure is good, regulator, removed, and aesthetically very attractive. We made a good choice.!
