Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping Service: We provide free standard shipping for all items. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at service@casainc.com to inquire about the possibility, and if available, any additional charges will be borne by you.

Shipping Locations:

  • Shipping is applicable to the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam.
  • We do not deliver to FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses.

Shipping Methods:

  • Orders will be shipped by express or truck, based on package size.
  • Courier logistics partners include UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL, and more.
  • Estimated delivery time for parcel delivery is 4-7 business days. Trucking usually takes 15 days or more, involving warehouse pallets and scheduled pickups.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates:

  • In-stock orders are dispatched promptly, often on the same day or the day after.
  • If your item is in stock, your order is estimated to ship on the next business day. All estimates are based on business days.
  • Credit card payments will be billed within 24 hours. Items are usually shipped out on the next business day after payment is received.
  • If you've ordered multiple items with different delivery destinations, separate order shipments may occur.
  • Delivery typically takes 5 to 14 days, depending on the destination and the shipping carrier.

Shipping Damage Handling:

  • While we take reasonable precautions to prevent shipping damages, incidents can occur.
  • If your item is damaged in transit, please select the corresponding item in "My Orders" to apply for a refund or return within 3 business days after receiving your package. Document visible damages (scratches, dents, etc.) or operational damages (system malfunctions) with digital photographs to assist in processing your refund request.

Order Tracking:

  • After placing an order, you'll receive at least two emails.
  • An Order Confirmation email upon placing your order, confirming your order details.
  • A Shipment Confirmation email after your item ships, including order number, carrier information, order date and time, order status, and package tracking numbers.

Notes:

  • Ensure the correct shipping address on your order before payment, as this will be the shipping destination.
  • We're not responsible for any return shipping costs if the product doesn't meet your expectations or if you placed an incorrect order after it's been shipped.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy:

  • You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
  • All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by you, except for faulty product quality.
  • The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be accepted.
  • To initiate a return, visit our "Contact Us" page or email service@casainc.com to obtain the return address.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance items, gift cards, personalized items, bundled items at discounted rates, assembled items, items marked "Non-Returnable" on the sale page, and open-box items.

Exceptions for Quality Issues:

  • Damaged or defective items do not fall under the non-returnable policy.

Refund Options:

  • Choose between store credit or a refund to your original payment method, minus associated return shipping costs.
  • Refund timing varies based on the chosen method.

Notes:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility if the return is initiated by you. The specific fee depends on the chosen courier company.
  • If the return is due to our error, such as damaged or incorrect goods received, you will not be charged return shipping fees.
